CoMuseum | Leadership in Challenging Times

Nationally and internationally, the pandemic has left cultural organizations in shock, unprepared and uncertain of how to deal with the health, safety, financial and programmatic challenges that arose. Emergency management has relied heavily on the organizational leadership, requiring agility, creativity and emotional intelligence.

This series of discussions convened by the CoMuseum main partners – the Benaki Museum, the British Council and the Public Affairs Office of the U.S. Embassy – invite counterpart institutions and close collaborators to engage in a reflection on how the field of art, culture and education has been affected by the pandemic, how we can come out of the crisis safe and strong, and how we can rethink cultural leadership and reimagine the role and future of cultural organizations.
