Zoe Metaxiotou works at the Information Technology Department of the Benaki Museum as the Head of the Systems Sector since 1999. She started working as a system administrator and technical consultant for the same department since 1995. Her main responsibilities comprise the coordination of all IT projects undertaken by the museum, the high availability of the existing infrastructure as well as the proposals for sustainable IT solutions.

In 1995 she obtained a bachelor degree from the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department of the Polytechnic School of Patras. For the period of 1994-1995 she worked for IBM Hellas S.A. at the Department of Software Development/ IGN/ Multimedia. She has also worked as lecturer on information technology for Greek private educational institutions during 1997-2003.
