Kari Ross Nelson is the Research and Evaluation Associate at Thanksgiving Point Institute. There, she works with staff and visitors to understand and strengthen the museum experience and serves as a research partner on the Measurement of Museum Social Impact project. Kari also consults widely with other museums in Utah. Previously, she served for 10 years as an educator in an anthropology museum, indulging her interests in people and cultures. Kari holds an MA in Museum Studies, MS in Instructional Psychology, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Interdisciplinary Evaluation.
