Anna Sailer has been curator and deputy director at the MUSEUM FÜR MODERNE KUNST in Frankfurt am Main since January 2018 where she has co-curated the group exhibitions Because I Live Here (2018), Museum (2019) and the retrospective of Frank Walter (2020), among others. From 2014 to 2018 she was head of publications at the Fridericianum in Kassel. 2017 she was a member of the core group responsible for the production of the German Pavilion at the 57th International Art Exhibition–La Biennale di Venezia (Anne Imhof, Golden Lion). The trained art historian and literary scholar previously held positions in several publishing houses specializing in philosophy and art theory.
